Choosing a Quick Drip: what to know

How do I choose a Quick Drip?

Start with your reason for visiting: nutritional support during a busy week, vitamin and mineral replenishment, or skin-focused nutrition. The cards describe each formula's focus. Share your symptoms, medicines and previous reactions with the team so they can match the option to your health history. You do not need to know the ingredient list before booking.

How soon will I notice results from an IV vitamin drip?

There is no reliable timetable for feeling more energetic, focused or refreshed after a wellness drip. The response depends on your starting health and whether a nutrient deficiency is present. IV delivery bypasses digestion, allowing for higher absorption rates.

Can a Quick Drip fit into a short break?

The infusion itself takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Allow additional time for check-in, health screening, IV setup and the final check. If you have a fixed return-to-work time, tell the team when booking so they can advise on the appointment window. Quick refers to the shorter infusion format, not an instant or guaranteed effect.

Understand the options before choosing a drip

What is IV therapy, and how is it different from taking vitamins?

IV therapy delivers fluid and selected ingredients into a vein, bypassing digestive absorption. This route is useful for some medical needs, but faster delivery does not automatically mean better wellbeing. Food, oral supplements when indicated and treatment of an underlying problem may be more appropriate, depending on what you want to address.

What is the difference between Quick and Premium Drips?

Quick Drips are four focused options lasting 20–30 minutes, priced at 990–1,090 baht. Premium Drips use different vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, amino-acid or NAD+ formulations, priced at 1,800–6,990 baht. Choose by the formulation and purpose, not price alone. A longer appointment or a premium label does not automatically mean a better result.

Which IV drip should I choose for tiredness or a busy week?

Start by describing the tiredness, your sleep, diet and any recent illness. Brain Booster and Revive & Relax are focused Quick options; Myers Cocktail and Brain Elite are different premium formulations. If fatigue persists or is unexplained, a general medical consultation or targeted blood testing may answer the question better than choosing a drip by name.

Patient questions

IV therapy: practical questions answered

What should I expect from NAD+ IV therapy?

NAD+ participates in normal cellular metabolism. Interest in its role in ageing does not establish that an IV infusion reverses ageing or reliably improves memory or energy. Kauri's menu offers 100 mg at 3,490 baht over 45–60 minutes and 250 mg at 6,990 baht over 90–120 minutes. The clinical team confirms the appropriate option and infusion pace.

Can an immune drip prevent colds or treat an infection?

Immune Booster and Immune Defense are menu names for nutritional formulations. They are not substitutes for vaccination or medical treatment of an infection, and preventing colds is not an established benefit. If you have fever, breathing symptoms or feel acutely unwell, tell the team so medical assessment comes first.

Can I add glutathione, and will it lighten my skin?

The existing glutathione add-on is 600 mg for 1,200 baht, subject to compatibility with the selected drip and your health history. Glutathione is an antioxidant; that does not establish a predictable skin-lightening result from an infusion. We do not promise whitening or a particular skin-tone change.

How should I prepare for an IV appointment?

For an IV-only visit, eat normally and drink water unless the team gives different instructions. Bring your medication and supplement list and tell us about allergies, previous infusion reactions and recent illness. If blood tests are booked at the same visit, follow the preparation instructions for those tests. Allow extra time beyond the listed infusion duration for screening and setup.

What happens during the drip, and are there side effects?

A trained clinician places a small IV cannula and monitors the infusion while you rest. Brief needle discomfort or bruising can occur. Tell the team immediately about pain, swelling, dizziness, nausea, rash or breathing difficulty so the infusion can be assessed or stopped. Allergic reactions, infection and fluid or electrolyte problems are possible, which is why screening and monitoring matter.

Who needs an individual review before choosing an IV?

Tell the team about kidney or heart conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, significant allergies, G6PD deficiency and all medicines or supplements. Formula choice, fluid volume and any need for blood tests depend on your history. The included screening helps determine whether an IV, a different option or further assessment is appropriate.

How often should I have an IV drip?

There is no single evidence-based wellness schedule for everyone. Frequency should follow a clear purpose, the formulation and your response, rather than an automatic weekly routine. Discuss what outcome you want to assess and whether repeat treatment is useful before booking a course.

Where is Kauri, and can I walk in for an IV drip?
